Tijarah is operated by Seerath. By accessing the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to buy or access any product here.

Every product is a digital good. Prices are shown at checkout in the applicable currency and are payable in full at the time of purchase. Once payment is confirmed, your order is complete and access is delivered as described on the product page.

All purchases are final. Because products are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. Please read the Refund Policy before you buy.

Some products require an account to view lessons, downloads, and materials. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Access is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared.

All course materials, templates, prompts, downloads, videos, and written content on Tijarah are owned by Seerath and are protected by copyright and other laws. Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use it for your own learning and work. It does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, record, upload, or otherwise reproduce any part of a product, in whole or in part, without prior written permission. Sharing your account or granting others access to paid materials is not permitted. These restrictions are set out in full in the Copyright Notice.

We may suspend or revoke access to a product or account if these terms are breached — for example, through unauthorised sharing, redistribution, or attempts to circumvent access controls. Where access is revoked for a breach, no refund is due.

Products are provided for educational purposes. While they are prepared with care, they are offered on an “as is” basis, and we make no guarantee of any particular result or outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seerath is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform or its products.
